The Challenge

Bluegrass Sotheby's International Realty is a premier luxury brokerage based in Bluegrass-Lexington, Kentucy.  As part of the Sotheby's International Realty brand, Bluegrass required a custom design website that would provide them with "look and feel" of a luxury real estate website.  Also, Sothebsy's International Realty has a strict  guidance on the website branded image and we had to get the approval of Sotheby's International Realty of our website design for Bluegrass. 

The Result

 Interactive Web Solutions completed the website project with the proposal timeframe and budget.  It was successfully  launch on February 2009 and with IWS Real Estate Website Content Management System our client can fully manage their website content, agent profiles, and property listings.  Furthermore, IWS also provide RETS integration to enable automatic upload and data feed of all of their property listing and property images.  Having a RETS feed for your own property listing that a third party MLS provider will increase your Search Engine ranking, because individual property listing are integrated into the website.
